Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped between 1-5 business days. Our shipments are fully insured. Shipments are usually sent by Fed Ex, Purolator, ICS and Canada Post. Delivery time will vary due to the proximity of your shipping location.
Privacy & Security
Regional Dental Inc. values your privacy. Please read the following information about how we handle your information.

Our site does not force a customer to become a member in order to finalize an order. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address), unique identifiers, and financial information (such as their account or credit card number). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customers contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to secure payment for products or services purchased. Unique identifiers (such as usernames and passwords) are collected from website customers only if he/she wishes to provide such information. By providing this information the user is not required to reenter personal information on subsequent visits. Random account numbers are also assigned in our record system. Account numbers do not contain any information that links them to an individual or company.
Returns & Replacements
For returning an item, please call our sales representative or customer service for authorization. Product return can be made within 30 days of purchase, in the original, unmarked, unopened, sealed package with a copy of the original invoice. This will entitle you for a full refund. Returned items not meeting these requirements will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee, plus the shipping charges.

Before opening a package, please check and make sure that the package contains the items that you ordered. For your protection small equipment that has been opened or used such as handpieces, cannot be returned for credit or exchange. It will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacture’s warranty. If you find that the product is defective during use, return the remaining portion of the product with a full explanation of why it is defective. We will forward the product with the explanation to the manufacture. Non-Stock and special order merchandise that is not held in our regular inventory but ordered at your request is not returnable.
Claims
Due to the possibility of damage during shipment or if your order is missing an item; please contact us within 2 business days.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
In the event that a Regional Dental Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hansens Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Regional Dental Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Regional Dental Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Freight and Handling
There will be no freight charges or handling fee on orders over $200.00. However there is a nominal charge of $10.00 for the handling of orders under $200.00.
